keymaster... that I will buy..and agree with. Comparing the two is just unjust at this point. We can not and should not assume the new guy is bad without knowing who he is. Why not give him the benefit of the doubt starting off and cheer for him!....

Was thinking on the lines he may have additional properties for the portfolio once everything is fixed. Rizvi Estates has been doing business for a few years now. So it may not be unlikely that he has something to add, but without any additional info on that company it's hard to say.
Strev did point out a possibility with the Form 4s. If those shares are sold in 6 months, the capital gained from those sales goes back into the company... ready for acquisitions. However that would dilute the share structure.
