Your thoughts definitely hold merit as none of us could neither confirm or deny such as shareholders. If such was the case for the .0001 shares bought, then the argument could very well be contrary for the .0003 shares bought. The bulk of the funds ($220,000 for 700M shares at .0003) for that particular day was very logical for him purchasing those shares out of the open market at .0003 per share.
I think it's not so much important for us as to how they were purchased just so long as they are purchased and out of circulation. Having 1.9 billion shares taken out of any share structure tossed around in here is significant. I think it's fair to at least believe that the 1.9 billion shares represent at least the 51% controlling interest.
