beginning 2006 information came on the market Cbay being shorted and share prise started to go down. PR manager Tim Garlin said they believe its done from Berlin.

Those thoughts are interesting and I believe you when you say that such had transpired. I'm still trying to figure it out though. It seemed like if CBAY was actually naked shorted back when it was on the OTCBB that it should have been on the Reg SHO list already. If it was naked shorted in Germany though, then maybe not because of the databases are the same on one hand, but yet separate on the other. ???
