Rest assured...CBAY, as with nearly all pink stocks, are naked shorted to some degree. Since most NS transactions are ex-clearing anyway, the SHO list only hints at whats going on, if it shows it at all. All IMO.

stervc, There are other reasons they did not show up on SHO. The mm does not report the ftd to the sec. The NSS shorting mm transfers the short position monthly to another mm. Or the good old honest DTCC uses its phoney share loan program in which it loans the same share out 10 times or more as required.

Frankfurt is notorious for naked shorting, I won't even buy a stock that trades on Frankfurt ('cept this one, not sure if they trade there or not)
