Stervc .... beginning 2006 information came on the market Cbay being shorted and share prise started to go down. PR manager Tim Garlin said they believe its done from Berlin. Some nonth later a dividend was paid. From beginning 2006 the story of "shorting" never stopped.

Later in 2006 Cbay said they called for the NOBO list to find out about the shorts. There was never a result being issued.

Later in 2006 Cbay said they will make a cusip change to combat the shorts.

Later in 2006 there was nothing in the RegSho list and Cbay was in Otcc.BB at that time.

Later in 2006 Cbay was declared with Cbaye twice due to missing reports.

Now, its still being the same "shorting story" and you tell me they are not in the RegSho list as they are pink.
Well, wether we ever get that book closed I do not know. I strongly believe with your thoughts that we are on the Otcc.bb road.

Sorry stervc, but i don't agree:

To do this, a company must simply fill out a Form 10-SB Registration Statement as indicated in the link below:

CBAY is a delisted company.
For reslisting such a company at first it must be in compliance with filing requirements.

That means they must file all missing QSBs and KSBs.

And then they need at least one MM who files a
15c2-11.

after all of this and 30 days CBAY will be relisted.

Once again:
stervc, did you tell that CBAY is a delsted and not a new co ?
did you mention they are not in compliance with filing requirements ?
did you mention CBAY hast filed a 15-12G-Filing ?

Thank you for the information.

"I was told that stocks placed on the Regulation SHO Threshold Securities List are only those stocks that are fully reporting. I was told that those pink sheets stocks that are on the list are there because they are fully reporting."

This must be true only after October 15th perhaps?

There are many pinkie stocks on the SHO list that are not fully reporting.

So this is what Rizvi is doing after all. Fix the share structure so that he can get CBAY to fully reporting status. Doing so will make it eligible to be on the SHO Reg list. Short squeeze will occur sending the PPS up. The higher pps will provide much needed equity/cash(?) to fix the portfolio. In order for him to make this work he has to complete the Form 10-SB before 11/19/07. That would explain his urgency in buying... he needs to make those deadlines, or the plan wont work.

Once he has the portfolio fixed, and audited, then he can begin to acquire new properties. I have a sneaky feeling that Rizvi Estates has properties that will be brought into Cal-bay, but have no proof.
