Second Thanks: It corrected an error I made last week.

Using Google I searched for matches "find all the words" of:
internet access free

Got lots of hits, but rather than going one by one to investigate
each that proclaimed "free" I noted a couple that discussed
in general terms the state of free internet web sites, and so
I decided to visit them first.

After reading about three descriptions about "what is out there"
for free, I concluded based on the "forget it" message I received
that all the free(s) went out of business, or became non-free.

I remember access-4-free.com being discussed as one of those
that has taken another approach after total for free didn't work,
as being semi-free or free & not free, which I just checked out,
and yes under a set number of hours per month it is free,
and after that its $10 for unlimited. Both cases I read that
no ads are presented, which sounds super.

I'am clueless on why I didn't actually visit that site last week,
as something I read in those other web sites that talked about
the state of free IPs made me think access-4-free.com was not
any longer free eventhought free is in its name.

Bottom line is that if you didn't just post me that info I would not
have looked into that site, as I just did now and it looks good.

All I need to do is find out the diff between Windows 3.1 & 3.11
as they support the .11 one. I'am sure someplace I can obtain
a download of 3.11 if its different.
