You can tell they are holding this back... The shorts are really caught. Plus the JPHC debacle where they allowed ameritrade to trade 1-2billion plus shares that did not exist. They are in deep deep trouble. look for this to run at some point. But they will do what ever they can to keep this down to cover... Wow... hate to be in their shoes now... Got what they deserve...

I have seen several posts saying it will be a 1 for 1 swap of stock.

Nowhere did I see that in any of the PR's. It said it would be a share swap, but nowhere did they announce the terms or who gets how many shares at what conversion rate depending on which company you own.

The terms are still unknown. Why they would announce the deal and say it is very close to being final and terms have already been worked out, yet they did not disclose the terms, is something to think about.

Once again, very nice pop today. Hope those that bought at .10 or thereabouts are booking some nice profit!

All I know it is up 100% and still going... from my buys within the last month:) ... maybe I should check the NEWS... since I do still have like 100,000 shares in PAVC from previous PAIV days or whatever... left over shares that did not sell on the previous symbols since they were freebies and just wanted to keep them for this whole long scenario...
