I have seen several posts saying it will be a 1 for 1 swap of stock.

Nowhere did I see that in any of the PR's. It said it would be a share swap, but nowhere did they announce the terms or who gets how many shares at what conversion rate depending on which company you own.

The terms are still unknown. Why they would announce the deal and say it is very close to being final and terms have already been worked out, yet they did not disclose the terms, is something to think about.

Once again, very nice pop today. Hope those that bought at .10 or thereabouts are booking some nice profit!
