I just spoke to Aaron, he doesn't have the time frame as of yet for the proxies being sent, but knows they will be.

The company sending the proxies is Broadridge. I e-mailed them and got a responce.
It said to contact their client service team @ 631/254/7076.
I was transfered to Lauren @ 631/254/7190, ext 56935. I left a message at 11a.m. EST.
The e-mail also said,"chances are, Aurus, has hired us to do the mailing and vote tabulation services for this vote..."
I will post when I get a call back.

Bones,They told me last week that my Ameritrade account is set up for electronic delivery of information/documents. I would receive an e-mail of any documents. I'm thinking that it will be right on the 12th or Monday for it to be sent.
