I tried contacting them last week and was told they cannot speak to shareholders. You will have to contact the bank or broker who you have this security with for information. Maybe you will have better luck.

What does it mean when they say "chances are"? Don't they know whether they were hired to do a job or not?

The e-mail also said,"chances are, Aurus, has hired us to do the mailing and vote tabulation services for this vote..."
