Have you contacted your broker regarding proxy? I called the bank's trading desk. They are reporting that they have not received any advance notification of proxy. They contract National Financial to send out proxy ballots. I requested National Financial's phone number, but the request was refused. The trading desk suggested to call the T/A in order to request an explanation of where the proxy is.
I have not had an opportunity to call the T/A yet, but wanted to post.
Has anyone heard from Transfer Online regarding mailing of proxy ballots and when?
