This particular patent which was rejected the applicant is Biocognisafe. In the USA Bruno is the applicant and the inventor of the technology.

redrabbit - You are right, but actually patent applications are almost always rejected at first. It is part of the dance. I have numerous patents. Only one was not rejected on first pass and my patent attorney was quite surprised by this.
