With the Intel PR, we immediately get a story with a negative spin. An SEC investigation. And now a class action suit. It's really amazing. Whenever Wave attempts to make progress/break out, something comes out of left field. What forces are at work against us?
I wonder if these are the result of an underground email clique?
Internet, I'm not convinced they think they have a winnable suit but I do thinnk they feel they can pressure Wave into a settlement. Other filers will follow for sure.
