Vickers...re Lawsuit...I've seen these guys go after companies for years. What is interesting to me is that they usually pile on close to the timing of an SEC investigation or if the stock takes a drastic fall in price....however, this time...I find it interesting that they have waited as long as they have to bring on this suit. The timing is very interesting to say the least. The upcoming IDF is going to provide the next MAJOR venue for the TCG...and we already know that NSM is going to use this opportunity to discuss their Safekeeper.
What is unbelievable is how they characterized the Intel announcement. Surely they did SOME amount of DD PRIOR to filing this suit. You're right...what was I thinking! To this individual investor...it smells of something...what exactly....well that's the question.
