One of the major reasons it's going up is the sale of Davel and the fact that our glorious leader (Jay) used most of the money obtained from the Davel sale to pay down the Cornell loan. This is the major theme that's been the subject of many, many discussions (and complaints) over the last year and more. I'm really curious about why this should come as a surprise to anyone knowing anything about MOBL. The most discussed subject of all the MOBL message boards has undoubtedly been Cornell, and necessity of paying off the loans to finance the Kite venture.
Assuming that the USA deal goes through (and I see no reason why it shouldn't), the Cornell loans will be totally paid off, and if Jay has a half way decent business plan in mind, the price of MOBL should go up substantially more...imho.
