No there's not, the money is in oil, natural gas and making bombs for the Bush administration. And right now, Gold and Silver secondary to the demise of the USD. Any country trying to make a profit from education is milking their people out of cash that could otherwise be used to put their children through school.
Most cash which benefits higher education institutions comes from private donations. In America, that is. Like I said, I've pretty much had it with this China crap. They list over here, steal our money and then attempt to build their schools? I don't even know how this type of thing can happen.
I may sound negative, but I'm not. I'm just plugging some information into this thread. If the idea is so fantastic why don't they use their own money and capital instead of listing in the US? It's obvious, to me. Think about it.
