The 10K isn't going to do anything for HRCT because they haven't done anything. They change their business plan every six months and continue to take money from foolish Americans.
If HRCT were a "real" deal they would be listed in Hong Kong, not the United States. It amazes me how that happens. Then, they hold shareholder meetings where only 1/2 dozen people show up and they can't even figure out where the meeting is at (those that do show up).
I hope you guys haven't plugged a lot of capital into this organization. I still hold a few shares, but I tell you this, it isn't to make money. It's just out of sympathy for pitcairngay. I want him to keep chasing HRCT around and act like the boyscout that he has been. Someday, he will grow up and get an education.
Now, lets see how fast Tin or EC remove my post.
