N4th..........get this.

You said............
"I believe most investors initially invested in the potential of the technology"

If that were true & that's the reason you are still
invested then you are about 6 years late in realising
that "That Technology" has been a Miserable Failure.
Don't blame management for that, blame the fact you
invested in a Technology that ended up nowhere.......
It's the management stupid that has kept this company
& it's shareholders still going Changing the Technology
& the Business model at least Twice since then.
The people that say it's the Tech not the management
that keeps them invested makes me LOL the loudest
because these same people don't have a clue about the
Tech...............ask CPA or KEV about Wave's Tech,
they haven't a CLUE!

Nov 4...I believe shareholders can certainly disagree w/ the BOD & SKS but IMO a shareholders revolt (the idea of which confounds me) at this time would be suicidal to Wave if the revolt was big enough to attract publicity. I get the feeling that's what some posters really want. Just an opinion. Thats why many consider this idea to be harmful. Can you imagine all our customers having to get re-introduced to new personnel? This is the Spragues co. I remember when one of the partners at HAUP suddenly passed away & the stock plunged....I owned some at that time. I hope & pray that our management is intact as we move forward & I see the constant accusations of mistakes on their part as conjecture only. Why have we been told things & then the customer changed their mind or whatever? I dont know. I do think our management is very open to its holders & hope this continues. If I ever change my mind (I completely support management) I will sell, not cause trouble for the other shareholders. I am not a wealthy man but I always trade in multi K shares & am at my biggest position. I think future proxies will remain quite lopsided for the BOD so why make bad PR?

N4 you and a few of your friends are very naive if you think that SKS and Lark Allen are not the nuts and bolts of this company and it is those two individuals that are most responsible for putting this all together. A change of either one of them, at this point in time, will truly be the end of Wave.

Grow up and smell the roses.
