SKS is the CEO and on the BOD. Don't think that's changing anytime soon. Steven and Lark are probably the most knowledgeable people about this technology, which Wave still needs to stay ahead of the game. I'm not afraid to cast my vote, but you are blind to the grossly obvious. The results of your efforts will be no change. That is a fact due to the controlling shareholders. 25% of shareholders just got in on the financing and saw their shares go from $0.80 to $2.00. Why would they want a BOD change and a management change? They just bought in because of these people and have seen almost a 300% increase in share price today. Are you blind to these facts? Most of the investors today weren't around 5 years ago when all your gripes happened. You must have another reason for pushing it. I don't care about your personal problem. But I care when you are obviously taking it public and it starts getting messy.
