Irons...The ZDSoft "MOU" P/R was just posted in July...The 10k
will just have information for fiscal year 2006-2007 ending 5/51/07, so the 415m share explanation won't be included in the 10K..The way the ZDSoft P/R read we should receive proxy statements that will explain the acquisitions in detail..
