Its pretty darn obvious that the Harrow lumberyard was not profitable and probably had been losing money for years.
Some of the proceeds of the Nominee Accounts invariably went to pay of the accumulated debts of Harrow.
But, without the constant influx of capital from share sales, Harrow was bleeding red ink and could not be kept open.
So they have tried to consolidate at Sam's with fewer product lines.
That is my take.

excellent post, El Camino. Agree on virtually
all of your points. Non-stop 24/7 bashing on a sub-penny stock, forever "investigation" pushing eight months, eons go by without the release of Audited Financials and/or Company PR's...not sure which is more at fault, or do they all share eually in this incredible mess...all the while allowing current Stock Owners to continue to slowly twist in the wind..
