My initial DD was about an established business with a long history that IMO had to be profitable to stay in business.

The big deals were just an added bonus.

As far as AF's are concerned, PV PR'd them and after he saw them would not release they for what ever reason. Hearings should clear up a lot of those questions. I would like to see AF's released soon so everyone could see just what we have here! To be honest if they do or do not equal the unaudited AF's to me is not the question; the question is what the actual numbers are! Once we have them things will be a clearer for us all!

If we have been lied to then let the courts take action! May it be swift and sever! If things are able to be worked out then we all need to take a deep breath and continue on with life!

There is an unbelievable amount of time and effort put into this board; we still need to have posts to make us aware of problems as well as those that point out all the good points! All of us here are not going to make any difference, it will be the new shareholders or the lack of that will make the difference! JMHO The actual fait of this company rests in their hands.

We need closure of the hearing!
We need the company to be transparent and accountable!
We need communications between stockholders and the company they own! (Be it through PR's or Website!)
We need to see some results!

I would like to pay Capitol Gain taxes!!
