Private equity is(are) the major shareholder(s) which should be obvious even to you. For it to be otherwise there would have to be institutional investors and I do not know many (any) that invest in non-reporting companies. Do you?

All funds have charters and bylaws that determine what they can hold. If there are PS non-reporting funds maybe we should give them a call and ask them to take a look?

Try to have some sense with your posts as they might be more convincing. The fact of the matter is that today there are more buyers than sellers.

Why does that bother you? Oh yeah. You probably sold at .15. I forgot.

Do not go wild son! I just played with YOUR number (50MM) and Matin's.

Honestly, to me they are both hypothetical but I beleive Matin's are probably closer to reality than yours (at least one can assume that in his case, Matin knows more than you do ???).

The problem with yours is that it's based on nothing whatsoever but your frustration and anger.

The problem with Matin's is it doesn't tell us what are the NA's numbers and what are the BD's (knowing that BD's is most likely much less relevant to our interest for verifyability reasons).
