private equity just doesn't mean bain capital (put on your thinking cap). if a small LLC even believed 1/4 of this (they'd have no problem doing due diligence - remember kicking the tires) - they'd take a huge stake in the company or take it private. of course, they'd have to wait in line behind matin. oh, i forgot - veltex is a SCAM!!!!!!
