Thanks...I admit I don't know much about it. A Chinese Provincial Govt. contract or other deal could change things in a heartbeat. I am still getting private messages from posters worried about a merger and R/S. Unfortunately that can never be ruled out with any stock. I hope that will not be the case here. IR claimed around .02-.03. I would like to think that would be because of a great contract being signed and not because of a 100:1 R/S. With Mgmt. recieving common restricted in leu of pay I'm thinking it is less likely but never out of the question.

QUESTION:

How close are we in getting our Series 3 license for commodities and futures contracts and our membership in the National Futures Association?

Also, with this license, can we trade other securities beside money (forex)?

RESPONSE:

Our membership in the NFA (National Futures Association) has been achieved. We anticipate another 30 – 60 days to obtain our License 3 certification.In answer to the second question, we can, indeed, trade derivatives and all other commodities. We don’t have any plans to do so for the foreseeable future."


Given this was posted in Town Hall on 7/20/07 we may hear something between now and the later part of September. From my conversation with IR I was told Peter is working on getting ready for the test through practice testing.



"We've all been waiting on Peter to complete the Series 3 testing. Thing about this is that this test is only 120 questions long and is taken in 2 1/2 hrs. We've been waiting months now for him to take this test. Personally I think that this is not a top priority and he's not devoting much time to it. With the low payroll, I'm also beginning to wonder if Peter is just a part-timer who's being paid to do this job on the side."
