Thanks...I admit I don't know much about it. A Chinese Provincial Govt. contract or other deal could change things in a heartbeat. I am still getting private messages from posters worried about a merger and R/S. Unfortunately that can never be ruled out with any stock. I hope that will not be the case here. IR claimed around .02-.03. I would like to think that would be because of a great contract being signed and not because of a 100:1 R/S. With Mgmt. recieving common restricted in leu of pay I'm thinking it is less likely but never out of the question. IMO
