We've all been waiting on Peter to complete the Series 3 testing. Thing about this is that this test is only 120 questions long and is taken in 2 1/2 hrs. We've been waiting months now for him to take this test. Personally I think that this is not a top priority and he's not devoting much time to it. With the low payroll, I'm also beginning to wonder if Peter is just a part-timer who's being paid to do this job on the side.
