As am I. I betting that Rees isn't shortsighted, and can see that the long term payoff of this business model is worth many multiples more than some short term pinky stock scam.

Scenario one:
-dilute the crap out of a stock and pocket a few million (maybe)
-tick off A LOT of investors who flood the forums with negative posts with his name on them, which are of course searchable so that anyone doing any DD on the guy will find his history
-his career is ruined

Scenario two:
-Rees is smart and business savvy and sees long term growth in an essential market for O&G services
-the two deals go through and WRNW is super busy servicing US drilling and leasing companies
-he creates values for the shareholders in the long term

IDRILL4GASOIL, agreed in full that for almost all pinks, increased OS is a major red flag. In this case, I share mktplyr's view that Rees seems like he's be flushing a hard-earned resume by running a pink scam. Certainly possible, and I can think of many reasons for it. eg: Rees feels burnt out and wants a quick couple million cash out to retire early. But given the potential payoff vs total loss, I'm willing to ride the bus a bit longer to see.
