Anyway, I'm not sure about all the personal stuff since I don't play games like that (or any at all). But, I still don't really see any basis for them saying they've had their first success as stated. I DO see your point about it being a scare-tactic which may have worked for those who were treading in possible unethical territory. But how is that a legal victory, as stated? It's not, is it? It's just a threat of legal action. So can you clear up why you think that PR is true? Seriously, I don't see how/why you can feel that way about it. Clue me in, if you will.

I believe that efforts have been made to validate this PR.

The PR claimed SLJB already had legal victory and were in the process of recovering damages. Do you believe this to be true? Do you think SLJB tried to recover monetary damages from other message board posters?

Sally .. you are wrong in your statement that the 4/13 Seek and Destroy PR is 100% true.
Leslie told me that it was a case in which PV was suing an individual.
Sulja was not a party to the case.
And ... the case had at 4/13 not yet been decided in a court.

So ... unless you want to call Leslie a liar ... your statement is untrue.

Anyway you swing it, Sally, that PR was false AND unethical. There is no evidence of any successful legal action against any basher or individual by the company to be found in the Ontario or Nevada court records. In issuing this PR, certain principals of this sham of a public company created the company yet another problem with the OSC and eventually, most likely the SEC. It seems that the compulsive/impulsive nature of some of them renders them unable to help themselves.

The broad brush you paint is simply wrong, especially regarding photo's placed online. I posted those photo's online and none of them have EVER been disputed or challenged in the slightest degree by the company or anyone else.

No one, and I mean no one, has EVER contacted me regarding the photo's. And I will challenge anyone on this board or at the company to prove me wrong.

Just because certain members have stopped posting doesn't mean they left out of some kind of fear. In my case it was disgust!

Disgust for being lied to in pr after pr.

Disgust in allowing myself and people I consider online friends to become enablers of this fraud.

Disgust in believing the SEC or Canadian government would hold these charlatons accountable.

Disgust in Steve Sulja. I total and complete liar who posted pr lies after pr lies.

I could go on ad-naseum but won't bore the board....

Those who attempt to re-write history will on rare occasions feel the wrath of my typing on this board.

Except to add, I'm sorry this company and its management team has absolutely no integrity. And I hope some were able to get out with a few dollars left.
