Then in that case, if so, the PR was untrue in TWO ways:

1) There was NOT a lawsuit victory at all yet.

2) The suit was brought by PV, which is NOT relevant to a "SLJB" PR, as he's not a member of the company anymore.

What were they thinking releasing a PR regarding a former CEO lawsuit, but releasing it as a "we" (meaning, SLJB)???
