Someone posted a quote from AB or some message board that basically made the message board info look useless. I think that may have been forced on that message board by legal pressure. It was something I skimmed over so I don't recall it very well.

Scott Sullivan would be the man to ask about the legal part of it. I will not assume to know the interworking details of the legal system or how these things "go down." I do know that if you visit a certain hangout that we all know about the moderator there recently literated rules and guidelines for his posters to follow and offered a stiff warning. Whether the two are connected legally, I believe they are, but have no proof for it. It is a logical conclusion. Action=opposite reaction.
