puppy- It has come to my attention that only a select few are privvy to exactly what is going on with Frizzel/CMKM. The obviuos of course are any attornies,firms or individuals PRed as working to help litigate/discovery process of the ongoing lawsuits filed by Frizz.

But there is the funding sources for Frizzel/ who are allowed to share knowledge, share opinions on CMKM future progression,whom are shareholders as well, but yet are privvy to information that these select group have decided the average shareholder is incapable of or should have no part in, due to inabilty to not talk,spin, or otherwise make unwise decisions because this select group has decided they are more capable than the thousands of other shareholders in CMKM.

In my opinion that reeks of a Hostile takeover, if not an all out stealing of the Company by this selected group.

Maybe it is in the best intest for shareholders, but maybe it is in the best intrest of the select FEW!!!!

According to the last update - the Entourage and interpleader situation is undergoing extensive review and discussion. Mr. West has not yet received any files from previous Company attorneys regarding work that was done on the interpleader. Mr. Stoecklein has continued to hold the Entourage certificate in his possession.

In another example of ignorance, if not blatant disregard for securities laws, CMKM provided a false corporate address in an SEC filing submitted by one of Mr. Stoecklein's associates.

Mr. Stoecklein did manage to drag the revoking process out for more than three months, during which time tens of billions of CMKM shares changed hands, by successfully petitioning for a review of Judge Murray's initial decision.

It does make sense. Stoecklein just wants to protect himself from any possible liability. The Entourage stock was supposed to be distributed to CMKX shareholders. He obviously doesn't want any trouble if he hands it over to someone and that doesn't happen and he gets sued. So my guess is that he'll wait till he's ordered by a court to give it to a specific person or persons.
