Stocklein was given the stock because he was a trustee of the task force and UC lawyer ... the stock cert says CMKM .. I would think any release would come from CMKM and Entourage)
Simple legal agreement should get him off the hook.
I have never seen any agreement that said he could not give the cert to cmkm.

Additionally, it should be known that the Stoecklein Law Group is not counsel for CMKM. The Stoecklein Law Group is currently involved only in assisting stockholders in the receipt of their appropriate number of shares of Entourage stock and other assets, if available.
It is the intention of CMKM to distribute the shares to be received from Entourage to its stockholders, once a proper method of distribution is decided upon. CMKM plans to use the assistance of Mr. Robert Maheu, Mr. Bill Frizzell, and Mr. Donald J. Stoecklein to coordinate the efforts of a liquidating distribution of the Entourage shares to CMKM stockholders. There will be no voting rights attached to the Entourage shares, including the shares described in Item 1.02 below, until such time as the shares are distributed to the CMKM stockholders.
Status of Entourage Agreements. On Oct. 28, 2005, Entourage Mining Ltd. completed a private placement of $1,050,000, which effectively removed all contingencies from the agreements disclosed in the Oct. 21, 2005, CMKM Form 8-K. CMKM is awaiting final receipt of the 50,000,000 shares of Entourage Mining common stock. Upon receipt of the 50,000,000 share certificate, the certificate will be held in trust by Stoecklein Law Group in the firm's bank deposit box pending distribution.
