Thanks for the info HAK and I love your optimism. Having said that, with as quiet as the company has been lately don't you think it is absolutely imperative for them to put out a PR today regarding the forward split that is supposed to occur tomorrow? They could also announce that they have a new TA in place which would calm a lot of nerves. I just don't understand why they haven't said anything at all since last month with all that has occured since then.

Thank you very much for your time and efforts and the informative post regarding this "mess". It sounds like some of the reasons I was given by Scottrade also. But the process of some people scrambling (though they had one month, since 5/26/07 DTC order to scramble) sounds somewhat promising. And PMCL comes through with the changes they promised that would be icing on the cake.

But IMO, Scottrade has a lot of explaining to do us (clients) about the manner in which this whole matter was handled at the local and the national levels. Yes, they want to hear suggestions from us, I am going to be sending them quite a few.
