The implications I was trying to make... was did PAVC gag them, or did the SEC demand a gag per some back room deal to allow brokers to cover their posteriors and keep the public in the dark.
Juat as I dont put much past OTCBB companies to scam their shareholders, my trust in the SEC and DTC is even less.
Just as my trust in the FDA to protect consumers when they are so deep in with Big Pharm that profits outweigh a few hundred deaths to vioxx. etc...
Its the government agencies I trust very little... and dont put ANYTHING past them.
