It is not insider trading when they buy. All they need to do is report the transaction..Remember all the Peter Sales..Darn, he sold every quarter. The bottom line is it stinks they are not buying stock. It shows a lack of confidence and there are people that use insider trading as a gage as to how a company is doing..Too much spraguespeak and BS...CL

What is your source of the employee stock purchase plan shares acquired by SKS and Feeney? I missed it. I do have a running total of their shares year-to-year, or so I think I do, but my number is calcuated from the reports that state the number of Class A/Class B shares, and backing out the exercisable options.

Your numbers do not tie to mine - and over what time frame are you considering? Are you saying they bought shares, options, or hold shares from exercising options?

fwiw, McConnaughy bought 33,333 POSTsplit in 2003 @4.80/4.77. Gilder 15,000 POSTsplit in 2005 @2.13 and 2.85.

Bagalay had a reported large stake in Wave in '97, but it included PREsplit 638K Class B Shares: 543K shares and 95k options held by Boston University - Bagalay was Managing Director of Community Technolgy Fund.

McConnaughy held PREsplit 545,000 Class B Shares in '97. They evaporated by 2000.
