As you may know, I would like to see Wave's insiders have a lot more real skin in the game.

Still, I'm compelled to point out two positive facts about insider buying that seem to get lost in the footnotes:

--- The CEO has acquired 58,351 shares of Class A Common Stock through Wave’s employee stock purchase plan.

--- The CFO has acquired 45,265 shares of Class A Common Stock through Wave’s employee stock purchase plan.

In addition, McConnaughy bought something like 100,000 shares on the open market some time within the past couple of years.
