Joe, July 23rd 2001 is 2.5 years back. But I agree with you, this report by Kurlak, if he indeed was out of tech for the last six months, is a warning sign...I surely do not think that the techs are going to fly for three to five years and three times his money (He is talking about INTC at $96 and AMAT at $66), he is a lunatic, IMTO.
Re Kurlak....that is wrong....he DID call the bottom...LAST year....he is NOW saying...."they've got more"...he is not calling the bottom now....just remaining bullish. He nailed the lows.
