I have done my DD.
I know the Western Canadian market quite well thank you very much.
Contractors go where they can get the most product for the least amount of money.
That is why the smaller lumberyards are struggling in the bigger centres.
Sulja would just be another small lumberyard in Alberta.
It would take a lot of advertising and time to generate awareness. A few loss leaders would be required as well.

That is not true, i lived in Calgary for ~17 years and my family has been in the Calgary business community for over 50 years. Revy/Rona even has a contractors entrance to facilitate large purchases and IIRC home depot does also. Trust me they are used and used well, i have witnessed it with my own eyes and even know several contractors in the city who do framing, masonry and carpentry.

If someone can cough up suljas rental addy i can have all pertinent public info in a flash , pictures even :)
