The current pro-Calgary hype is slightly similar to last year's middle east hype. People claiming SLJB will gain a foothold, regardless of whether they know what they're talking about, etc, etc. Eerily similar to the middle east from last year, although toned-down substantially (probably so that it's not seen as a "pump" again, and also so that it can't be held against them as false promotion). And the company is letting info leak out via non-official means (phone calls instead of outrageous PRs) on topics such as building leases. The PRs, so far, are nothing more than prospecting/speculation. THAT is how the majority of questionable pinksheet ventures handle things, so that they can't actually be held accountable. Seems they have learned some lessons, at least about how to create hope... without the corresponding risk of being held accountable legally. Meaning, most of it is only a rumor at this piont.
