I have filed complaints with the SEC as well, and I never heard a word in any form from them. It has been a while, but last fall I would call Paivis, the TA, who at the time was Jack Donelly, and Scottrade on a daily basis and all they did was basically place the blame on each other, but I have to much time and money put into this stock and I refuse to give up on it, we all saw this stock sky rocket before, and really not a whole lot of the facts have changed

Dallas That's exactly what I'm saying , even if the responsibility of Paivis in this TDA Fiasco is not challenged , The silence of the Company for over 1 year is for me as destructive, The ceo pr is sounding like he just acknowledging the fact of some Brokers refusal is plain annoying ..
