To me it's worse. Paivis is ultimately beholden to its shareholders, and so it was incumbent upon them to communicate much better than they did what was happening. We assume now that the chill has been lifted, yet what I've read so far from the company doesn't adequately explain what has been happening with these shares.
It's easy to claim that there are things they can't reveal because of SEC investigations or lawsuits or whatever, but to what extent? We don't know. I firmly believe the company has not and isn't doing a good job communicating things to shareholders.
Why not a PR today to shed some light on things???
