Now Art2Gecko where EXACTLY in the False Lawsuit filed against us innocent shareholders by BCIT/Megas does it STATE

"This suit is about dealing with the hundreds of millions of shares that were sold(now FTD's), that the 244,748,000 shares issued to cover the Pino counterfeits do not cover."

as you just said?

Is there more than one lawsuit out there that yours reads so differently?

Mine says Counterfeiting of "paper" Certificates, Stock Fraud, etc... and placing same in the MAIL, etc....

NOT FTD's as yours must say.

No Art, this suit is about the specific charges levelled by Megas and his lawyers.

Now your scaring me art. Why would we assume something in a litigation document which is not stated in the complaint? Rather than accept what is in the suit and address it. Is there some information you are aware of that we don't know? And how do you know that info is true if there is?

Art

You have the floor. So lets assume you are correct;"This suit is about dealing with the hundreds of millions of shares that were sold(now FTD's), that the 244,748,000 shares issued to cover the Pino counterfeits do not cover."

Are you suggesting the number; 244,748,000 were not the amount of shares Pino and gang released into unwitting public domain?

The counterfeits are not the real issue, despite the wording in the petition.

Then what is the "real issue"? The petition clearly states that it's "false certificates". So you can say you're suing for one thing when you're actually suing for something else?
