This suit is about dealing with the hundreds of millions of shares that were sold(now FTD's), that the 244,748,000 shares issued to cover the Pino counterfeits do not cover.

This is the reason why the DTC didn't let BCIT trade back in October. BCIT issued shares last year to cover all the counterfeits in their settlement with Cap Growth and Darbie.

The counterfeits are not the real issue, despite the wording in the petition.
