You stated that investors can sell up to 1% of the O/S each 90 days. Does this mean I could sell ALL my JPHC/PAIV/PAVC shares as soon as my certs were delivered to my broker, provided I get my SEC 144 forms filed, and 1% of the O/S (90 day) limit had not been reached? (First come ... First served sell basis?) Also, what is the typical fee charged by brokers to handle the restricted certs? Finally, how long does it typically take to get SEC 144 forms processed?
