I think you may misunderstand what it means. It is not an accumulative thing for the 1%. It is YOU...or ME....if your total share count is equal to or less than 1% of the current O/S...you may sell the entire amount within the 90 day period...assuming there are buyers and your willing to sell at their offer....if your total share count exceeds that 1% value, then you would have to file an extension to attempt to sell the remaining shares in the next 90 day period.
