MetroTel PCS Communications, LLC formed 12/6/2005 with GTEM's Pembroke Pines mailing address, Leinwand as agent and manager.

They reinstated 1/30/2007, changing the manager name to Dwayne Huff and registered agent to Adam Ross. New address located in North Miami, FL.

A filing by Leinwand on 3/8/2007 changed the name to Voyager Communications Group, LLC.

On 4/29/2007, Tim Huff replaces Adam Ross as the registered agent (Davie, FL is listed as Tim's location) and Dwayne Huff's address is changed from the FL location to Barnhart, MO.

That's ridiculous for a telecom company to be there. It could at least be a little closer to St. Louis. I have heard on this board that Tim Huff went to St. Louis Community College (wish I knew that earlier) so maybe their family is from that area. Voyager/MetroTel's address is listed as Dwayne Huff's home address.... in Barnhart, MO??? And Leinwand is in on it too? What the hell do they do? just pretend to be a company? How long until they get a fancy website?
