The new address for Metrotel/Voyager is Dwayne's residence in Barnhart. Dwayne is also an insurance agent in nearby Arnold, MO.

I don't get it. What is going on? Is this some kind of move to shift assets? I thought that Leinwand was GTEM's corporate lawyer and now he's filing papers for Voyager? Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest? I wonder if Leinwand is still with GTEM?

If this is a new corporation and the only thing tying Uli to GTEM is a $45K/mo contract, one missed payment and it is over. That would clear the way for Uli to join forces with Voyager. Am I interpreting all this correctly?

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this matter.
