You cant add mines with A/S.....Berman issued the 504 to do that, that is the only way he can sell shares into the market to buy assets or make money. The A/S is currently 2billion, that doesnt mean the 2 billion is publicly traded it very could all be treasury stock for what we know. We dont know the share structure fully right now other than the total numbers.

Keep in mind these are not mines.YET. If they were I think we would be looking at a much greater shares price. I see an increase not just by increasing claims but increasing demand for the shares. So I have no difficulty exhorting the fact that the pps is 22,000% less than it sold for in Dec. 06 for example. Or the fact that it is 100 % less than a couple of weeks ago. So it is a bargain at these levels as i see it,you're apology is a good reflection on your character. thank you.
