I was under the impression even with the 504 he could still swap shares for assets. If that is not the case wouldn't you agree he is very close if not done with the acquisitions?

All will not be used.......He is only authorized to raise a million.......small amount to accomplish as much as he has.
He has done a great job. Its close to completion......real close........maybe as close as the next PR.
